First of all I want to take this opportunity to say that I have received a number of calls in regards to the evening including your presentation. So to answer your first question, don’t change anything. The calls I received were all positive and with all the events that I have attended this is the only time that I have seen a standing ovation in this regard. Well done! You have a great voice, hand gestures and comparisons in real life experiences in which people can relate too. You had funny comments mixed with serious messages. When you were delivering your message SHARE YOUR CARE I looked around the room to see the people that infected me with caring for this job and it was so true in your message. Everyone in the room was contagious at one time or another and still are. The amount of time you spoke was perfect. I would be more than happy to receive calls for a reference if needed but I can see you don’t need one. Just keep on being Andy
