ANDY’S CORPORATE FEES
Fees depend on the following variables:
  1. Length of the program. Andy's programs are flexible to fit your needs. He often presents 30 minute after-dinner keynotes, 1-hour sessions to support staff appreciation activities, and 2-3 hour workshops to complement your professional development training, but will adjust his program to your requirements.
  2. Number of Participants. Is it a room of 25 for a training workshop or a keynote for 1000 delegates at a national conference? Smaller groups qualify for a discount.

"Share Your Care!” - A Keynote to Empower your team
​Negativity can kill the enthusiasm for leadership.  In this hilarious and life-changing program, Andy gives leaders effective strategies for dealing with negativity while inspiring care.  Andy reminds leaders that, "Care is contagious, but as a leader, it has to start with ME!"  From his own school and business leadership experiences, he offers realistic, easy-to-implement insights that will motivate your team! 
Andy’s program offers praise to your team for being an example of care for others to follow. “Don’t wait for the Miracle … be the Miracle” is a key line he shares.
Within this program Andy has often added a powerful piece on the “Power of Invitation”. Popular with charity organizations and groups looking to recruit new members, he shares strategies on “The Three “I’s” - Invite, Include and the courage to Instigate.”  
This presentation will contain content that is completely adjusted to the goals and mission of your organization. Andy will conduct a phone meeting with you prior to your event and ensure that the program focuses on your needs. From hockey referees to Senior Care workers, from Fire Fighters to Nurses, Andy has prepared inspiring and hilarious programs that meet the needs of each!

“Can I Count on You?" – Improving the Reliability of your leadership team
Execution of ideas is the number one challenge for leaders of all ages. This session will immediately improve the ability of your team to work together and improve their organization skills. 
This session addresses the concepts of time management from a unique perspective. Trust is the foundation for loving families, fun friendships, spirited schools, inspiring camps, successful businesses, and effective leaders. Yet people earn the trust of another by being reliable. Andy offers useful and immediately applicable advice for improving reliability. Through his insights, Andy demonstrates how increased reliability improves one's time management, creates successful events, and inspires TRUST in leaders! 
With your staff of all ages balancing their time between family and work commitments, this program can transform how your team organizes their priorities! 
Workshop format is completely flexible.  Andy can perform a 30 to 60-minute version as part of a workshop rotation or do a 2 to 4-hour version which includes increased interaction, a question/answer sheet, and more icebreaker games.  
For example, in 2015, the City of Brampton Parks & Recreation hired Andy to do a full day version of this program. The day started with keynote for over 600 staff for an hour, introducing half of the concepts of the session. Then Andy performed 5 workshops with smaller groups where he concluded with the second half of the program. In 2018 the Referee Supervisors of the Greater Toronto Hockey League participated in a 90 minute version of this program. 
“Let’s Talk!” - Effective Communication Skills 
​Get excited about your next speaking opportunity! This session draws on Andy’s massive speaking experience, ranging from high school pep rallies and university orientation weeks to camps and adult programs across North America. He offers realistic insights on: overcoming the fear (and how it is linked to self-esteem), putting more "you" into all of your communication, using the power of the positive, and how to visualize your improved speaking performances. Andy’s ideas are applicable whether you're communicating with one person or one thousand.Workshop format is completely flexible.  This workshop can run from 30 to 120 minutes. 
“Success Keys” – Unlocking Your Dreams in the 21st Century 
Andy motivates his audience by reminding them that despite this great era of change, the keys to success have yet to change! Using his experiences and the experiences of friends he has met on his travels, Andy reveals that tomorrow's success starts with commitments made today. His 5 success keys are: Do More = Get More, Share your Care (Put the dreams of others along side your own, you accomplish your dreams quicker), Don’t Give Up (Mistakes and Challenges happen to everyone), Friendships and family are Everything, and Focus on your Future (Set goals). 
“Mix and Mingle” – An Energizer Session for all ages ​
Do you need a 10 to 60-minute block of time filled with large group activities and icebreakers? Andy provides a hilarious session that will get all your participants on their feet to laugh and meet each other!
Andy connects with an audience as soon as he opens his mouth. He does research on the audience before hand and it is reflected in the content and style of your presentation.  Andy's message is about caring. He is able to bring home the fact that caring makes the world go round, and caring starts with YOU!  He can tailor his presentation to any audience and listening to him makes you want to be a better person and makes you wonder how this world could be a better place if we all cared a little more.
