Andy's fees depend on the setting (school, college or university,
conference, charity group), country, and the size of the audience (for
conferences and charity groups, NOT for schools). Discounts can occur if
you help book Andy into other schools or groups when he is speaking in
your area.
Travel expenses depend on how far you are from Andy's home in London,
Ontario, Canada. London is a two-hour drive east of Detroit and a
two-hour drive west of Toronto and Buffalo, NY. Southern Ontario,
Northern NY, Ohio and Michigan are all within driving distance for him.
For all other locations, he uses the airport in London, Toronto or
Detroit that will give you the best price. To his American friends, Andy
wants to reassure you of the reasonable flight prices he always gets by
flying out of Detroit. Travel expenses can be reduced if Andy has
several bookings to attend while he is your area of the continent. Your
help in getting him other bookings will help reduce the travel expenses
you have to pay.
